Your company details appear on invoices, quotes, statements and the menu. Change them here.

Type 1–3 initials, or upload a logo image (PNG, JPG or SVG). It appears in the app menu and on your invoices, quotes and statements.
The tax label shown on invoices and quotes — e.g. GST, VAT, Sales Tax. Default is GST.
Applied to ticked line items on new invoices (e.g. GST 10%, VAT 20%).
Bank account balance
Set a starting balance to track it here.

Enter your current bank balance. It then adjusts automatically as invoice payments are received and expenses are paid.

Your secret key is stored on the server only — it is never shown here or sent to your browser. Use test keys (sk_test_…) first, then switch to live.

Tip: leave a field blank to use the built-in default. “Save settings” saves the boxes above; the sections below each save on their own.

Download a complete copy of all your data — invoices, quotes, clients, items, expenses, payments and settings — as a single JSON file. Keep it somewhere safe.

You'll stay signed in on this device; use the new password the next time you sign in.

Add a second step when you sign in: after your password, we email a 6-digit code to your login address that you enter to finish. It helps keep your account safe even if your password is guessed.

Your business data is stored on our server, isolated to your account. The Scan and ✨ Generate tools are optional — when you use them, the content is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to produce the result; Anthropic doesn't train on it and we don't keep a copy of the AI request. Card payments go to Stripe; uploaded receipts are kept private to your account.
